The dancers of the Oklahoma City Ballet have become frequent customers at OK Cryo. Dancers are one of our most frequent customers, taking full advantage of the quiet, enjoying a 30 minute NORMATEC compression session followed by a short three minute freeze before or after a 5 hour practice. 

The talented players of our UCO men's hockey team are frequent clients of ours. Using both the compression leggings and the cryosauna to speed up the healing process after a hard game or get a boost of energy before a game

This year our great state of Oklahoma was lucky enough to host the 2016 REDMAN Triathlon at Lake Hefner. OK CRYO became a second home to some of the triathletes, most of whom hailed from all parts of the world. Participants were already familiar with both our cryotherapy sauna and our state of the art NORMATEC compression leggings. The employees of OK CRYO and racers became family for a fun  weekend learning about one another while recovering and healing their bodies! 

Centered around Olympic lifting workouts CrossFit has swept the nation in a blink of an eye. CrossFit competitors put their bodies to the test each time they step into their gyms ready to take on the world or workout of the day. When you are lifting heavy weights and doing reps, one's body will be in serious need of a good recovery. Sore muscles, stiff joints, injuries and inflammation may follow but CrossFit athletes  are not too worry, they know that OK CRYO's Friendly staff is here to help mend their bodies.
